- Bachelors degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
- 57 years experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management within the commercial vehicle, fleet, or logistics sector.
- Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and negotiate large-scale deals.
- Strong understanding of dealer-based networks and South African market dynamics.
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to balance national growth with dealer collaboration.
- Strong reporting, CRM, and MS Office proficiency.
