Mason / Bricklayer

Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced Masons / Bricklayers for construction projects in UAE - Middle East Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing and finishing brick, block, and stone structures while ensuring quality workmanship and alignment with project specifications.

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone according to approved construction plans.
• Mix and apply mortar for masonry construction.
• Build walls, partitions, and structural masonry elements.
• Ensure correct bonding patterns, levels, alignment, and dimensions.
• Install lintels, sills, and expansion joints where required.
• Plaster, render, and finish surfaces to project specifications.
• Repair and maintain masonry structures when necessary.
• Use levels, lines, and measuring tools accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.

• Minimum 35 years experience as a Mason/Bricklayer.
• Experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Strong understanding of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures.
• Knowledge of bricklaying and plastering techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good awareness of construction site safety standards.
