Salary: R60 000 - R70 000 CTC. Neg (DOE) Incl. Benefits

This role partners with business heads to drive strategic human capital management, overseeing recruitment, performance planning (KPIs), training, policy development, and employee relations

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Experience in the retail, manufacturing, and design of luxury fine jewelry is highly preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate teams and drive self-development
• High level of professionalism and self-management

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment advertising budgets.
• Manage and resolve staff overpayments efficiently.

• Implement IR policies and strategies to maintain labour stability and a productive workforce.
• Provide expert HR counsel on grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Attend investigatory meetings and disciplinary hearings to ensure policy compliance.
• Coach and guide managers on performance management, constructive feedback, and handling poor performance.
