HR Manager / IR

Successful incumbent will be in possession of a National Diploma in HR Management, coupled with 5 years hands-on HR / IR and payroll experience. Supervise 1 HR Assistant, provide advice to Managers and employees regarding HR matters; draft employment offers and contracts of employment; provide advise to Managers regarding IR matters; chair disciplinary meetings / hearings; draft disciplinary notices and set up disciplinary meetings; prepare Managers for disciplinary meetings and formal performance discussions; facilitate formal performance discussions; represent HR in disciplinary hearings; process the payroll of 150 employees on SAGE payroll and more!
