A leading organisation is on the lookout for a results-driven Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in delivering strategic talent solutions, managing key client partnerships, and contributing to meaningful workforce transformation.

Duties include:

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Acting as a strategic advisor by offering insights and innovative workforce solutions
  • Providing on-site coaching and support to assignees and cadets
  • Managing client and assignee queries professionally and promptly
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry engagement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue from existing accounts
  • Staying up to date with market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  • Submitting accurate and timely sales activity reports, headcounts, and incident logs
  • Managing assignee timesheets for payroll processing
  • Monitoring invoicing and ensuring on-time payments
  • Handling HR, IR, and ER matters in line with legislation

Requirements:

  • Matric (Essential)
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field (Preferred)
  • Experience in account management, client services or recruitment
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational understanding
  • A proactive and professional approach to client and candidate interactions
