Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales environment (required).
- 5 years experience in a similar role within the ICT or Telecoms industry (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric with a focus on business development.
- Skilled in upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in account management tools.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to collaborate across departments.
- Grade 12 / Matric (required).
- A diploma or course in lead generation, business development, or sales management (preferred).
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30 (extended hours may apply based on operational needs).
- Monthly stock take may require evening work.
- Based at the Johannesburg branch.
- Must have own transport.
- High levels of internal and external stakeholder interaction requiring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
