- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role (required).
- 5 years experience in a sales-driven environment within the ICT or Telecoms industry (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong administrative and CRM proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate trends and market dynamics.
- Grade 12 / Matric (required).
- Training or coursework in lead generation or account management (preferred).
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30.
- Extended hours may be required based on operational demands.
- Monthly evening work during stock take.
- Based at the Johannesburg branch.
- Own transport required.
- Frequent internal and external stakeholder interaction including advising, presenting, and relationship-building.
