Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and tax submissions.
- Monitor departmental budgets and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the full accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers on a monthly basis.
- Monitor daily attendance through the ERS system and provide financial insights to support effective operational planning.
Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting Degree
8 - 10 years experience in Finance/Accounting.Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
