Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) bilingual fluency is mandatory.
- Preferably experience in call center customer service.
- Comfortable with complex and technical computer systems.
- Team player with an international outlook.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends (Operating hours: MonSun, 07:0022:00 NL time).
- Flexible work hours post-training: 40 hours/week standard, 36 or 32 hours possible
