A leading hospitality brand is opening a bold new Thai dining destination on the Durban North Coast and is building a strong management bench to support what will be a fast-paced, high-profile operation.
This role is ideal for experienced Restaurant Managers who are ready to step up, lead from the floor, and grow into a General Manager role within a premium hospitality group.
The Role
Support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operationsLead service on the floor during high-volume periods
Drive guest experience from first impression to final farewell
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house teams
Ensure service flow, standards, and discipline are consistently met
Assist with stock control, labour management, and cost awareness
Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service
Step into GM responsibilities as needed
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environmentIf you do not meet this requirement, your CV unfortunately will not be considered
