The Role: Bookings & Account Manager

This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth and operational delivery. As Bookings & Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of property sector clients, converting enquiries into bookings, upselling complementary services, and ensuring operational readiness for each job.

You will be responsible for both client retention and diary optimisation, acting as the key liaison between clients and cleaning crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring 2+ years of sales, bookings, or account management experience
  • Own and grow a portfolio of letting agents, landlords, and developers
  • Convert inbound enquiries into bookings with tailored consultative sales
  • Upsell additional services to increase value per job
  • Maintain an organised, up-to-date CRM with all client interactions
  • Manage job details and scheduling through ServiceM8
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly reviews to build retention
  • Raise and track invoices for completed jobs within your portfolio
  • Use LinkedIn and light outreach to build presence with potential clients
  • Coordinate daily schedules with on-site teams to ensure operational alignment
About You
  • 2+ years experience in a sales, bookings, or account management role
  • Strong relationship-building and client service skills
  • Commercially minded with a natural upselling approach
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ServiceM8, and LinkedIn
  • Calm under pressure and able to resolve daily operational challenges
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Available to work UK hours (9:0018:30 SAST) in-office in Cape Town
