Position available in Boland and Cape Town Region***
The role involves identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities by strategically selling office automation products, IT solutions, and managed services where the aim is to drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in new business development and consultative solution selling.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum of 3 years sales experience and a proven track record in achievement of targets
- Computer literate | SAP experience will be an advantage and must have IT knowledge
- Sound understanding of rental financing and service level negotiations
- Strong experience in presentation and negotiation skills
- Own a reliable and presentable vehicle, including comprehensive business use insurance is essential and non-negotiable
- Valid drivers license is essential
- Must be willing to travel
- Working Hours: 08h00- 16h30 Monday Friday
Key Performance Areas will include:
- New Business Development
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, market research, and networking | Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across the SME and corporate sectors | Conduct face-to-face client engagements to present products and services | Close deals and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Client Relationship Management
- Consultative & Solution Selling
Understand customer business requirements and tailor solutions to meet those needs | Present and sell a full range of office automation, printing, and IT solutions | Negotiate rental finance agreements and service level agreements with clients
- Sales Administration
- Territory Management
Efficiently plan and manage travel within the assigned geographic area | Prioritize sales activities based on business opportunity and ROI
