Junior PA / Executive Assistant

Key duties will include:
  • Diary, admin and email support for senior management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, events and year-end functions
  • Processing ad-hoc payments, petty cash and fuel summaries
  • Handling insurance claims, rebates and follow-ups
  • Preparing paperwork, forms, documents and reports
  • Working through bulk Excel files for management reporting
  • Assisting with IT, office support and general problem-solving
  • Supporting the CEO and family with personal admin where required
Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a PA / Executive Assistant role
  • Strong Excel and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional, flexible and reliable
  • Willing to assist across departments when needed
  • Drivers License
