About the Role

This is a senior role for an individual with a proven track record in the employee

benefits space. The successful candidate will:  Manage and service existing employee benefit clients, signing over client

relationships as required by our financial advisors.
 Drive growth by securing new employee benefit clients through referrals from

our affiliate companies and broader group.

 Play a key role in building and expanding a national client base within our
established structures.
 Provide leadership and strategic input into the employee benefits division.

 Travel nationally as required to engage with clients and affiliates.

Requirements
 10+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
 Relevant qualifications as required under FAIS.
 Strong business development and relationship management skills.
 A proven ability to operate at a senior level within financial services.

 Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage group synergies.
