This opportunity is well suited to someone who is highly organised, numerically accurate and eager to develop their finance experience. You will work with high-volume financial information and gain practical exposure to Sage Evolution, while supporting an allocated portfolio of stores.
Duties & Responsibilities- Capture daily store cash-ups onto master accounting sheets.
- Verify supporting paperwork against declared cash-ups.
- Process credit card slips into bank modules and spreadsheet records.
- Perform transactional bank reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
- Download weekly sales reports from third-party delivery platforms.
- Reconcile online sales against store declarations and incoming remittances.
- Monitor store cash collections and ensure timely banking.
- Match supplier invoices against statements and resolve queries.
- Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs).
- Update cashbooks several times per week.
- Grade 12
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Financial Management
- 1+ years of experience
