This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, numerically accurate and eager to build practical finance experience. Youll gain hands-on exposure to daily cash-ups, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable support, third-party sales processing and financial administration while working with Sage Evolution.
Duties & Responsibilities- Capture daily store cash-ups onto master accounting sheets using store reports.
- Verify supporting paperwork against declared cash-ups.
- Process credit card slips into bank modules and spreadsheet logs.
- Perform transactional bank reconciliations and flag cash discrepancies.
- Download weekly sales reports from third-party vendor portals.
- Reconcile third-party sales against store declarations and incoming remittances.
- Monitor store cash collections and ensure timely banking.
- Match supplier invoices against statements and resolve administrative queries.
- Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRV'S)
- Grade 12 / Matric with Accounting or Mathematics essential.
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Financial Management.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
