Restaurant Supervisor

Duties will include but not limited to
- Restaurant operations day to day Answering phone / making bookings / assisting with general queries
- Processing guest payments
- Printing and handling of Restaurant accounts
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Managing a team of approximately 10 staff members
- Delegating daily Restaurant duties for waiters cleaning / setting tables / setup of function venues
- Working on Semper POS system as well as reservations systems
- Previous experience in functions not a must but would give a large advantage
- Assisting Restaurant Manager on duty with any additional tasks given
- Willing to work shifts (morning OR afternoon shift)
- Willing to work weekends / holidays
