Qualification
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field will be an advantage
- Minimum of 35 years HR administrative experience, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR systems and payroll administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
