Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales growth opportunities and actively pursue them
- Promote and sell products to new and existing clients
- Analyse competitor offerings and understand product competitive advantages
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and assist in implementing solutions
- Research market trends to better understand client needs and untapped opportunities
- Develop compelling sales pitches and successfully close sales agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions, including product information and demonstrations
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values professionally
- Engage with clients both onsite and offsite on a regular basis
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- National Diploma (3-year) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or marketing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs
- Good presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
