About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a range of stationery, office supplies, and business solutions.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while maintaining our reputation for high-quality products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop tailored solutions to match customer requirements.
- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, education, and retail sectors.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Client Retention & Growth
- Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide market insights and trends to clients to support their procurement decisions.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams including procurement, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally within stationery, office supplies, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role, balancing client visits, remote work, and in-office collaboration. (Were looking for a mature individual that can manage their own time)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required.
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (advantageous).
- Experience in a sales or account management role.
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
