About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across a range of stationery, office supplies, and business solutions.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while maintaining our reputation for high-quality products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop tailored solutions to match customer requirements.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, education, and retail sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
  • Client Retention & Growth
  • Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and trends to clients to support their procurement decisions.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams including procurement, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally within stationery, office supplies, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role, balancing client visits, remote work, and in-office collaboration. (Were looking for a mature individual that can manage their own time)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required.
Qualifications
  • A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Experience in a sales or account management role.
