The Role: Account Manager (Pre-Sales)The Account Manager (Pre-Sales) will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by combining technical expertise with consultative sales. This role focuses on engaging enterprise clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and positioning tailored solutions that address client challenges while supporting long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations for enterprise prospects
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals aligned to client pain points and requirements
- Provide technical consultation and guidance during the pre-sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to address client requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive conversion and retention
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs to sales leadership
- Assist in creating technical documentation, proposals, and sales enablement materials
- Stay current with SaaS, cloud technology, and experience management industry trends
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical account management within SaaS/technology sectors
- Proven track record in engaging major corporate clients and driving sales growth
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical content
- Experience with survey software, research tools, or analytics solutions (advantageous)
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Analytical problem-solver with consultative selling abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to exceed targets
