Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support and monitor system integrations from staging through to rollout- Guide clients through integration processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-integration issues efficiently
- Monitor transactions and investigate irregularities across systems
- Analyse data and generate reports using SQL
- Act as a technical advisor, simplifying complex concepts for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve integration challenge
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong SQL and systems monitoring skills
- Experience in technical client support
- Solid understanding of integrations and APIs
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Payments/financial services experience
- Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement
- Exposure to Excel reporting, Azure, or fintech environments
