Junior HR Manager
Staff Connection Johannesburg R 20,000/month
Main Duties:
- Provide day-to-day support to the National HR Manager and HR department
- Maintain staff records, contracts, files, and HR systems
- Ensure all HR administration is accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and inductions
- Support payroll preparation, leave records, attendance, and timekeeping processes
- Assist with disciplinary matters, warnings, grievances, and hearing documentation
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation
- Support branches and regional teams with HR queries and administration
- Assist with audits, HR projects, and policy implementation
Minimum Requirements:
- South African Citizen
- HR qualification or related tertiary studies
- 34 years experience in HR administration or HR support
- Exposure to labour relations and disciplinary processes advantageous
- Experience within FMCG, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations beneficial
- Knowledge of HR systems / clocking systems essential
