Junior HR Manager

Main Duties:

• Provide day-to-day support to the National HR Manager and HR department
• Maintain staff records, contracts, files, and HR systems
• Ensure all HR administration is accurate, compliant, and up to date
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and inductions
• Support payroll preparation, leave records, attendance, and timekeeping processes
• Assist with disciplinary matters, warnings, grievances, and hearing documentation
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation
• Support branches and regional teams with HR queries and administration
• Assist with audits, HR projects, and policy implementation

Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• HR qualification or related tertiary studies
• 34 years experience in HR administration or HR support
• Exposure to labour relations and disciplinary processes advantageous
• Experience within FMCG, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations beneficial
• Knowledge of HR systems / clocking systems essential
