Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general HR operational support to the department.
- Manage the Human Resources function for the assigned department.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation including BCEA, LRA, and other relevant regulations.
- Support performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, Documentation and reporting.
- Maintain and oversee HR administration, records, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the other HR Managers and HR team.
- Support organisational development and HR strategy implementation.
- Provide guidance on training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Relevant HR qualification (Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field)
- 4 7 years experience in an HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, POPIA etc.)
- Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary processes, and CCMA matters
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist with HR operations in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately.
