Requirements- Relevant B Degree in Industrial Psychology/Psychology/HR (essential); Honours advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience, including strong IR exposure.
- Proficient in SAGE 300 People (Employee, Job Profile, Personnel Management, Reporting).
- Knowledge of online recruitment platforms, background check systems, and job grading principles.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage full recruitment and selection processes, from advertising to onboarding.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and record integrity.
- Provide guidance and representation in industrial relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical aid, retirement fund, and statutory reporting.
- Support performance management, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Compile HR reports and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Act as an advisory partner to management and employees on HR issues.
