HR Officer

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end industrial relations (disciplinaries, grievances, disputes)
- Lead union engagements and negotiations to ensure labour stability
- Represent the company at CCMA and related labour forums
- Ensure full compliance with labour legislation and company policies
- Oversee recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage Employment Equity plans and statutory reporting
- Drive training and development initiatives (WSP & ATR submissions)
- Maintain HR policies, systems, and employee records
- Support management with HR strategy and employee relations matters
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Min 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing or unionised environment
- Strong knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and SA labour legislation
- Proven CCMA, disciplinary and grievance handling experience as well as dealing with unions.
