Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end industrial relations (disciplinaries, grievances, disputes)
  • Lead union engagements and negotiations to ensure labour stability
  • Represent the company at CCMA and related labour forums
  • Ensure full compliance with labour legislation and company policies
  • Oversee recruitment and workforce planning
  • Manage Employment Equity plans and statutory reporting
  • Drive training and development initiatives (WSP & ATR submissions)
  • Maintain HR policies, systems, and employee records
  • Support management with HR strategy and employee relations matters

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • Min 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing or unionised environment
  • Strong knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and SA labour legislation
  • Proven CCMA, disciplinary and grievance handling experience as well as dealing with unions.
