We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team in one of Fourways' most beautiful dining destinations, known for its soulful brunches and French-inspired classics.

Core criteria:

Must have strong computer literacy
Previous working experience in a similar managerial role is essential
Excellent communication skills with both, clients and staff
Valid driver's licence
Must be disciplined and results-driven
Must be able to oversee the financial aspect of the restaurant
Confident in sales, marketing, and promoting the brand
Able to actively sell and market catering services and cake offerings
Proactive in attracting new customers and building repeat business
Comfortable representing the restaurant both in-house and externally

This is a live-out position.

Salary: Market-related
