Administration Clerk, Blackheath

Our Blackheath, Cape Town based client is a leading supplier and manufacturer both locally and internationally looking to add an Administration Clerk to their team. Your excellent admin, planning and communication experience in manufacturing will secure.

Interviews to commence on 02 July 2026.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with mathematics
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP system (SYSPRO preferred)
  • 1 year admin experience in manufacturing
  • Fully bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans)

Responsibilities:

  • Load jobs and prepare job packs
  • Manage shop floor clocking functions and time-keeping
  • Place and receive orders with suppliers
  • Arrange couriers and manage associated paperwork
  • Assist Sales and Production with admin
  • Stock takes and data capturing
  • Prepare management repots
  • Ad-hoc admin duties, e.g. e-mail, scanning, minute taking, filing

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
