What You Bring
- Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems including Opera PMS, Micros POS and EMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good financial acumen
- Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and evenings
- Supervise daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Motivate and energise staff through presence on the floor, clear communication and leading by example
- Maintain consistency in food and beverage presentation, guest interaction and service delivery
- Assist with scheduling, training and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- Handle guest feedback and challenging situations with professionalism and decisive action
- Assist with inventory, stock control and cost management
- Support daily audits, banking checks and administrative processes
- Proactively identify and act on areas needing attention across staffing, floor flow and guest concerns
