Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree.
- Min 8-10 years in a senior HR management role where you lead and managed an HR team ensuring sound HR governance, legal compliance, effective people management and a positive employee relations climate.
- Must have managed a team of no less than 5.
- Experience overseeing payroll, IR, Transformation & EE, L & D as well as Governance and Risk essential.
- Experience in working with over 1000 national workforce
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- Employment Equity.
Remuneration:
- R1,2M C.T.C. per annum (plus management incentive, fuel card and 13th cheque)
